Top 5 Focus Planner is offered by ITER Adventure Co. (“ITER,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We designed the app to function without requiring an account and without collecting your task content.
1. Information we collect
ITER does not collect, transmit, or maintain personal information, task content, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, health information, or other user-generated content through Top 5 Focus Planner.
2. Information stored on your device
Your priorities, task information, preferences, and related app data are stored locally on your device. ITER does not operate a server that receives or stores this content.
Your device operating system may include app data in a device backup or restore process that you control through Apple. Those services are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices, not this Privacy Policy.
3. Local notifications
If you enable reminders, the app requests permission to schedule local notifications on your device. These reminders are generated and delivered by your device. ITER does not use a remote notification server and does not receive the content of your reminders.
4. Accounts, analytics, advertising, and tracking
- No account or login is required.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.

- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
If Top 5 Focus Planner offers an in-app purchase or subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. ITER does not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide limited transaction information needed to confirm purchase status, such as whether a subscription is active. Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
6. Data deletion
Because ITER does not maintain user accounts or a server-side copy of your task content, there is no ITER account to delete. You can remove individual information within the app. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to any device backups you control.
7. Children’s privacy
Top 5 Focus Planner is not directed to children under 13, and ITER does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
We limit privacy risk by not collecting or centrally storing your task content. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device and operating system.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable law, or our practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
